Just surfing your profile. Z's are best raced with a free flowing exhaust ( turbo's back ), pop charger, higher boost and a clutch that can back it ( for clutch types ). Nothing that you/me don't already know. See this is where I find manuals over auto even in racing better. Where a guy can slap a $500 RPS six puck in and back it with good solid STG V++++ ( VI+ is best ) and take down many of the nickel and dimmers. Where stock autos will not hold has much launch as say SIX pucks or so, they do build more boost off the line, but when it comes down to rebuilding an auto your running deep in the pocket and level ten is not no cheap answer either. So off the subject of your race,,,,lol. But anyway, the WRX guy looks to be all over the road from the start and some down the track, did you notice that with him just beside you? Did you heat the tires before the runs, where did you launch at ( rpms )?
